About the apartment
The apartment building, Residence Pramecou, is entered by means of a secure key pad entry system. When you enter the building you enter a bright lobby area, with the ski lockers off to the right. Our apartment, number 5, is on the ground floor, due to the contour of the land, you reach the apartment by going down in the lift, situated through the lobby area on the left.
Our 65 m2 apartment comprises: entrance hall with coat hooks, bench and boot storage. Leading off the hall are 2 bedrooms; a double bedded room and a family room, sleeping 4. The living/dining room has a sofa bed, which converts to a double bed. We have 2 bathrooms and a separate WC.
The apartment has been refurbished in 2007 and 2008 with new kitchen, furniture and furnishings, totally repainted throughout. Newly carpeted throughout in 2008. Our aim has been to create a fresh, bright, comfortable family apartment that provides all our visitors with a home from home, not just a holiday apartment.
